Poster Panel Allocation
All posters will be displayed in the specially allocated space below the Louvre I, II, III and IV auditoriums, where the Exhibition is set up. So participants have to walk through the Exhibition to reach the Poster Sessions. A numbered panel will be allocated for each poster.

Fixing
There will be a place on the panels to hang the posters.

Poster Sessions

There will be 3 (three) sessions (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) starting at 18:30 h and one on Thursday starting at 15:30 h. Refreshments will be served. Authors are request to set up their posters by lunch time on the assigned day, and to remove them before 21:00 h of the same day. Any posters remaining after that time will be removed by the organisers, who accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

Poster presenters must remain at their poster on their assigned day between 18:30 h and 20:30 h (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) or 15:30 and 17:30 h (Thursday)

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRODUCTION

A poster should be self‐contained and self‐explanatory, allowing different viewers to proceed on their own while the author is free to supplement or discuss particular points raised on inquiry. Presentations should be kept simple and clear and a mixture of text and graphics is recommended. Remember that the viewer, not the author determines the time spent at each poster.

Poster  Layout

Materials should be mounted on coloured poster paper or board. Arrange materials in columns rather than rows. It is easier for viewers to scan a poster by moving along it rather than by zigzagging back and forth in front of it. An introduction should be placed at the upper left and a conclusion at the lower right.
